Diversity Learning Grant (DLG) application period by School is usually around June. The exact date and time for registration, please refer to the Circular Memorandum announced by the Education Bureau.

自2025-2026學年起，書院將原本按年級設計的課程基礎，改按學習程度或經評估後的學習能力作彈性安排，學生無論在校就讀任何年級，均可按其學習程度及能力，報讀不同程度的外語課程。

為了更有效掌握學生的學習程度及能力，書院為已有一定正規學習時數，但未有考獲語言能力試成績的學生增設「免費跳級評核試」。 新一輪「跳級評核試」將於2026年6月7日及14日(星期日) 舉行，詳情及報名請瀏覽https://abchk.edu.hk/nss-entrytest。

截止報名 : 2026年6月2日(星期二)下午6:00。

Free Placement Test
Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, the Academy has adopted a flexible admission arrangement based on students’ learning levels or assessed abilities. Regardless of their current grade level, students may enroll in suitable level of selected Other Language courses according to their proficiency and ability. To better evaluate students’ learning levels and abilities, the Academy has introduced a “Free Placement Test” for those who already have a certain number of formal study hours but have not yet obtained a language proficiency test result. The new round of “Advancement Assessment Tests” will be held on 7 June 2026 and 14 June 2026 (Sundays). For details and registration, please visit https://abchk.edu.hk/nss-entrytest.

第一階段 - 學校首輪報名
書院會以電郵形式寄發「學校報名表」予各學校，煩請各負責老師按級別填報各語言科目的學生人數，然後下載及填妥學校報名表（包括學生姓名、聯絡、級別及報讀課程資料、獲DLG資助狀況，以及額外學習支援需要等）。書院建議學校於7月3日或之前提供受資助報讀之學生名單，以便書院盡早為相關學生提供註冊資訊，並因應個別學生的特殊學習需要作準備及安排。若學校未能於此日期前提供學生名單或會影響學生選擇心儀選項。
若在第一階段未能提交報名表的學校，仍可在7月3日之後提交後補申請，但相關同學將會被納入「後補名單」，書院需先處理首輪報名的編班安排，再按後補名單學生的意願及實際情況編配學額。 。

Phase 1 – First Round of School Application (15 JUN to 3 JUL)
The Academy will send a School Enrollment Form to all schools via emails to respective School’s Person-in-Charge of Language Programme, please fill in all required information. Schools are requested to provide details of the 2026-2027 DLG Enrolled Student List before 3 JUL. Once the Academy receives the list, the registration information will be sent to respective students and make necessary arrangement to cater for special needs of individual students. If the school fails to provide the student list before this date, it may affect the students’ ability to choose their preferred options
Schools can still submit late enrollment forms after the closing date of first round exercise (i.e 3 JUL). However, students concerned will be put on the ‘waiting list’. The Academy would process the school place allocation with the first round of applications before allocating places to students on the waiting list, subject to availability of school place and students’ preference.

7月2日至7月31日
第二階段 – 學生報名網上報名 書院會以學校提供之名單通知學生自行填妥網上表格，學生需要於七個工作天內完成註冊程序。書院會定時向老師更新學生註冊情況並確認收生人數。。

網上選班以完成整個報名程序為選班先後標準，各班名額有限，請盡快完成所需手續。
入讀中四日語課程/(I)基礎課程（7月2日（四），下午5:00開始）
入讀中五日語課程/(II)進階課程（7月3日（五），下午5:00開始）
入讀中四及中五韓語、法語和西班牙語課程/(II)進階課程（7月4日（六）下午5:00開始）

Phase 2 - Student Enrollment (2 JUL to 31 JUL)
The Academy will inform students based on the 2025-2026 DLG Enrolled Student List provided by schools. Students are required to complete the registration procedure within 7 (seven) working days. Enrollment status will be updated to schools regularly.

In view of limited place of each class, priority will be given to students who completed payment and registration process. Students should be reminded to complete the registration procedure before the deadline stated in the enrollment auto reply email.

S4 / (I) Foundation Japanese course (Starts on 2 JUL (Thur) at 5:00p.m.)
S5 / (II) Advanced Japanese course (Starts on 3 JUL (Fri) at 5:00p.m.)
S4, S5 / (II) Advanced Korean, French & Spanish courses (Starts on 4 JUL (Sat) at 5:00p.m.)

第三階段 – 公佈分班結果
書院會以電郵通知已成功獲取錄的學生及其所屬學校的負責老師。

21 AUG Phase 3 - Class Placement Announcement
Confirmation email for the course commencement date and time of each class will be sent to students and the respective School’s person-in-charge.
